It's fairly well known that RO members only visit what forums and galleries they want/like. Some may not even know where to go if they see a problem within the site and want info on it or need to report it. This is my suggestion:
This site already has a broadcast function - for the chat room area - and when there is a broadcast, it's unmistakably seen towards the top of our window. It's my feeling that a function of this type should be utilized for RO to make a community wide announcement when there is a temporary lapse in site function(s). Can something like that be done??

chimes in I agree And can someone change the announcement for the global chat invite? When ever someone uses it, a half dozen people come in complaining like "Who are you? Why did you choose me out of all these people to invite" as if they were singled out.
