Please help, I have just got my Christmas Present - Vue d'esprit. When it first arrived in November I installed it and it worked great - allowing me to import PZ3 files from Poser 5 with ease. I then uninstalled it and my husband wrapped it for Xmas. Today I unwrapped it again and reinstalled it - but it won't import PZ3's - it just says 'Cannot open PZ3 file'. The only thing different about the installation is I am sure it asked me for my Poser serial number the first time but not the second. I am going barmy - can anyone help? This is why I wanted it! By the way I have tried reinstalling on my second hard drive incase residual files from the first install were confusing.
