I've just posted a strap end on Free Stuff which you can add to all sorts of things. here it is added to one variant of the Ultra Shoes - sorry can't remember who did the shoes but they really are excellent. I'll also give myself a bit of a plug here for my Twoface program which I used on the shoes to provide the inside surfaces which weren't there to start with. You need to adjust one of the shoes then export it as an obj file, run it through Twoface and add the Strap End to get this effect
