Is that really long enough for people to test it though? no matter really I suppose, as long as it works when I get my grubby hands on it I'll be happy :)

That's the alpha. Then there's a Beta and that means it's still being tested.

I would love to have something that renders even as well as my old Bryce 4 for atmospheres etc.
