Hi All! I was searching in Amazon and found a new book The Carrara Studio 3.0 Handbook by Mike de la Flor. Has anyone seen it? is it good? I do have the ray dream handbook somewhere though - any reason to buy this new book? tks

Hi ! Personnaly i will buy it as soon as it's available, because as a newbie, i'd like to have a structured way to present the Carrara3 product with tutorials. To me, documentation provided with the product as more a "reference guide" than a "user's guide". Otherwise this guy seems to produce very nice work, not only in 3D... Some links to have more insights: http://www.delaflor.com/ link to his book with some info on its content: http://www.delaflor.com/carrara_book.html This is my two cents ;-)

Accodring to Charles River Media (the publisher), the book is now shipping. Amazon doesn't have it yet, but you can order it direct from CRM - for $10 cheaper than Amazon (only in the US, though). I just ordered mine and had it shipped overnight. :)
