Attached Link: How can I make probs out of more than one obj file ???
I build this bed in MAX and exported as OBJ. These are two different files because so modelling and UV-Mapping/Texturing was much easier. I imported all in POSER and put things in place. I added color and maps but I'm not able to make "ONE" prob out of it. I only get the file that is selected. I still could make a figure (cr2 file) out of it, using the Hierachy Editor. If I reload the figure I get the objects but all colors and maps are gone.PhilC posted Sun, 27 August 2000 at 5:07 AM
Just group them as siblings in MAX and save as one file. All the UV info will remain intact. PhilC www.philc.net

You can tell max in the modify-command different names for the different parts. In this way it's easy to pick and place the maps for each part in UVMapper. SHARKEY

You can also do it within poser. Just select each object and create a new group (for each) with the grouping tool. Then export it all as one object, import it back again (you might need to rescale) and apply your textures. But since you have already done this model in MAX you might as well use the methods above. The method I mention is more suitbale for props built within poser, such as the building kits I make.
