Hi Guys. I have just about completed an image but am unsure as to exactly what is allowed in post work with the criteria set for this challenge! I would like to add some blood, plankton and soften the whole image - is this ok or a no no! LOL

Here's the section on post for this challenge: "4) This is mainly a BRYCE challenge so please be minimal with postwork, perhaps just contrast, colour adjustment etc.," So I'd say yes to the softening the image but probably no to the others. But this is such a easy going group I think don't anybody would mind :-) HTH; Dan

Thanks Dan. I think I'll risk it then. I just couldn't get the blood right in Bryce!- many thanks.

Without wanting to ruin the fun of creating an image in Bryce, the idea behind the challenge is to show what can be achived in Bryce without excessive postwork. However if the postwork is very subtle and does not detract from the spirit of the original Bryce work, then minimal changes such as colour and tonal adjustments are allowed. It should be left to the artist to decide how much postwork they consider is appropriate within the confines of the challenge and we trust that the voters will make their views known by their votes. regards Phil and Dennis
