Ok.. Yesterday I've taken 2 defocused shots. I'm showing them here.. Why? I've noticed sometimes i do postwork on shots because i like to "confuse" them detaching the subject from reality, obtaining an image containing only the "mood" or the "atmosphere" in the place or in the subject. So.. this is an experiment: no postwork.. the subject is already "confused" here.. but i think the mood comes out like in a painting.. I'd like to receive feedback on this.. :) Thank you, my friends :) Ale

hi ale, of the two, i prefer the first. it feels like an abstract face to me (i know that's just my mind...lol) and has a somewhat canvas feel to it. i'm not getting any "vibe" of the second. looks a little dark on my screen. i hope this helps :)

I agree with firestorm. The first one has something. The second one just looks (to me) like a failed shot where someone forgot to focus the image.

awesome work. I like the second one...fits perfectly with the picture and the building. Wonderful job! Jinx
