Can you apply a texture map AND a relection map at the same time and still see both the texture and the relection?

heyas; yes, deal. look.... way waaaaaaaaaaaay way back for the irridescence test i did. the peacock has it's colour texture, and a reflection map on it.

yup, shore can! you can even apply a texture map as a reflection map if you want. or vice-versa. settings are whatever turns you on, I guess. if in dount, try it and see! I'm about to post a collection of maps and a mini-tutorial in the next day or two, but meantime you might want to look at the image I posted of reflection and bump maps a couple of posts down. gives you the idea. maclean

heyas; i think the reflection map can overpower the texture map if you do/don't check the multiply through texture/multiply through lights. play with those settings, you should be able to figure it out in a bit. :)
