Just tried to make a purchase from the store. After checking my cart I hit the checkout button and got he following message... We are unable to process your order. Please contact our office at 1-866-220-2949 for further assistance. Thank you. no way to enter name, email, credit card all those entries were bypassed. Directly after hitting checkout I got the message. Is the system down?

Hi there, Everything is up and running to the best of my knowledge. Are you by chance trying to purchase something that you've previously bought? I know the system will not let you purchase an item that you've already purchased in the past. Debbie M. Renderosity MarketPlace Administrator

Nope that's not it. I've tried everything I can think of. Netscape browser, explorer browser, rebooted twice, even tried several different items in my cart. Same message keeps popping up after I hit the checkout button.

It blocked you from purchasing because you had 3 failed credit card attempts and the system automatically blocks you after 3 failed tries. We have to manually reset your attempts. Thank you, Stacey Renderosity Store
