i installed the doll and started playing with it when i noticed her knees bend the wrong way? anyone else have that problem? im not quite sure how to fix it...lol anyone?

turn off the "Inverse Kinematics"....

yes many characters/figures behaved like this for me too. LMaybe it should need to edit chainbreaks.. turnign off inverse kinematics is not a solution, it just "avoid" the problem, but prevent you to use the kinematics system if you need it :(
