Somebody yesterday was looking for something like this, and I decided to give it a shot and model it. Maybe there are others that can use it to. It's a basic stairway or gangplank (or whatever it's called) that you roll up to an airplane at smaller airports. Comes with one texture and a template. Use it in commercial or non-commercial renders, but do not distribute or sell my files to anybody, please. Daveleather-guy posted Sat, 17 January 2004 at 10:30 PM
Quite nice work - thank you for sharing this. It'll go well with the iw4d planes. Cool!

This looks really great, thank you. It's called a jet-way in case you are interested. I work for an airline and that's what we call it anyways. (:

I just looked at iw43d for the firs time. WOW! Very detailed models there. Glad you like the "jet-way" (is it still a jet-way if it's used with a DC-3 prop plane? ) And glad somebody noticed the "PosAir" joke. ;-)

Nice! Thanks daverj. (Though perhaps a bit tall for a DC-3, which, IIRC, typically had folding stairs built into the aft door assembly?)
