Subject: Fem tuxedo?

Is there such a thing in the Poser universe? Or is there a way to convert the regular tux to fit the female? Is there any other tux at all for P4 besides the old fashioned one on the Poserworld CD, and the geeky one that comes with P4? Something nice and streamlined, with tails?
