Is there any software that makes good 3d trees? The Bryce ones are ok...but not great. Any suggestions?

Xfrog seems to be good for that, from what I've seen. Meski (3dcommune.com) has made some killer trees with Tree Druid.

I've got Tree Druid and it makes pretty good trees. Only problem I've had with it is that some have a very high poly count, but it's my own fault for trying to put in too much detail where it's not required. It costs about $99 and you can get it at the link. 8) Catlintresamie posted Thu, 29 January 2004 at 3:41 PM

Here's another one. You can create bamboo, coniferous, broadleaf and palm trees, bushes, shrubs, grass etc. You can even adjust the poly count on various parts of the tree. It has a great gui and is EXTREMELY easy to use.Coldrake
