That cover image is by rochr, he does some outstanding work. Very good point about the mods, That is why they are mods here, because they are so good at what they do and realy help the members learn the tools. as to the other names, very good point they all have some outstanding work as well. Would have loved to get them on it... Maybe next DVD.. Samples of the DVD are coming soon...You can't call it work if you love

Yep...Awesome looking Front cover and Spike you are doing a heck of a job...Every Artist that you mentioned are top notch Artists and Compliment their respective Communities and Software... Wow you missed alot... NOOOOO HOBBIT? No FLAK? No SKing? No CURIO? No WRYMMASTER? No JulianJ? No Clay? No RooBol? No LaurieS? No Mobius? No BlackHearted? No Fatale? At least I feel that these and about a dozen more should have been on there too at Least...Question,Who chose the Entries? If We are looking to Help make Renderosity the Leading Graphics community on the Internet then we really need to have a Year long Poll from ALL Catagories and Pull the top say 20-50 most Viewed Pics from each Program that has a Gallery and then have the COMMUNITY VOTE on who goes into the DVD,Of course since you guys make the DVD you have the Ultimate say on who gets in there... Yes...And once again HOW MUCH?
Mrdodobird posted Tue, 03 February 2004 at 8:19 AM
Now, at one point someone had said that the people on the DVD got one free... does this still stand? (please say yes!) Great cover design, by the way, to whoever did that.

Spike posted Tue, 03 February 2004 at 2:32 PM
I asked for a mod and admin vote to pick most of the artists, a few I found on my own. I agree, next time it should be a voting process by the members.. Yes, every artist on the DVD will get 1 copy for free. Don't have the exact prize yet, but it should be around $9.95+ shipping. The artist credits section has every image with the artist name listed below it, so one could find the image and artist name very easy. Let me see if I can make a quick clip of that... The DVD was made 100% by me, But would not have been possable without the outstanding artists on it.

I saw a DVD of Spike and it's very well done, very neat with a fantastic music and interpretation. Will be the original music of the same guy?
Spike posted Thu, 12 February 2004 at 1:45 PM
Yes, the DVD I made for you (AOY) has a few of the same pieces on it. I made all that music, so I can use it how I like :) On another note: Sadly, I had to remove all the animations from the DVD. We had some trade mark issues on one and some compression issues on the rest. Maybe next time Spike
