Could anybody send me the .GRD file for the default Photoshop chrome gradient, or post a a screenshot of the default settings for the chrome gradient that comes with photoshop? I accidentally saved over mine, and have a project that the default chrome would be perfect for.

It's in a folder on the photoshop disc called "more goodies". You just have open the gradient palette, click on edit, click on load and navigate to that folder on your disc. there is a folder called metal in there. That's it!
