Just a note for anyone interested in painting for postwork or just for itself. 2D artists with traditional painting skills/talent have always inspired me. From Frazetta to Royo and now many more. There are so many resources out there as with any other genre. In this latest WIP I was asked about the fur. I'll put together a Tut on the procedure I used (covering shadows too). For now I'll point you down the road I took. Inspirations & Informations: 3Dtotal.com: Sign up it's free!! Tutorials, Art Galleries, etc. (read, researched, and follwed lots of links) CGNetworks.com: Sign up it's free!! Tutorials, Art Galleries, etc. (read, researched, and follwed lots of links) General net searches for "Painting" ... "digital painting" ... "Photoshop".(etc) Also searhced for Photoshop brushes, here & everywhere. One good resource is deviantart.com This artist was the biggest influence for me. http://www.anry.ru/eng/index.htm Enjoy ICM

ICM, honestly, dude, when I first saw that guy I could NOT believe that you had drawn the fur and the rest. I thought you were modest about having a renderfarm in your closet :P Seriously, it is AMAZING. I am in AWE of this work, YOUR work, YOUR body... err. yeah. :D E~
