Some of you may remember that gaetan036 was looking for someway of getting his railway goods wagon models online.
Well, they are currently available to download from my site.
I'm sure that gaetan will be putting links to them in the Freestuff very soon, but I just thought I'd let everyone know that you can get them now!

Sorry to sound dramatic, but I've just been informed that the models are not compatible with Vue Pro. Seems that they import out of shape. I don't know whether this is down to an import setting in Vue Pro, or compatibility with the version of 3DS used to make them. Not having Vue Pro, I can't check this. If I can find out if Vue Pro imports Vue 4 .vobs, then I'll convert the models later today. (there's probably a thread here about this, but I haven't got time to look at the moment) Sorry if this has inconvenienced anybody. Regards Nick

Thanks to iloco, I've found out that Vue Pro will import Vue 4 vobs. I'll convert them later today, and post a heads up here when they are ready. If someone here knows gaetan, can they let him (or her!) know about this thread - I haven't been able to make contact since I was sent the models. (email or IM) Thanks.

.VOB versions of the models are now available to download for Vue Pro users who couldn't get them to work right. Sorry again for any inconvenience. Nick

Thanks Gaetan for those excellent models. Didn't know that you had created them... and excellent site Niandji, lots of great images bringing back memories there.
