Why don't you ask in the Daz forum? The artist who made that promotion would be far more likely to see your question. MaskEdit makes some really natural looking skin textures, you might want to take a look.

Steph3 High Res Maps. looks like a bit of tweaking might have been done as the apples of the cheeks are a bit redder. but the hair and model used for the promo pics is Steph3.
