Hi, just an update on the Monthly Forum challenge... 1. The January Family Portrait page is still in the link above and I've updated it with the winners. First place winner will pick the theme for March and that is underway at this time. 2. February challenge was delayed so that you can concentrate on the EON contest. Go for it! 3. I'm working on a logo that the winners can use for their web site and this is where I need your input... A. I want to get away from the name "Winner" because our monthly challenge is just that, a challenge, not a contest. So the logo probably should not say "winner". What ideas do you have for that? What do we call the "winners" without creating a contest environment? (ie, contests are more formal than challenges and I want folks to feel free to post WIP's as they are progressing on the challenge.) B. Do you want a single logo for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place including the honorable positions, or do you want separate logos for each position? Maybe just two logos, one for first place and one for all the other positions? C. What size should the logo be? I'm inclined to have it available for the placing challengers each month to be able to download it and use on their website, or whatever. 150x150x72? 200x200x72? Thanks.

Hmm..... Perhaps simple 1st, 2nd and 3rd awards? As for size..... 150X150 should be plenty big enough. Any bigger would seem tacky, like plastering a big, blue ribbon over Mona Lisa's smile. ;)

<-insert words of wisdom here->

Perhaps Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals??

Hmm, that's a great idea, thanks diolma. And RedHawk, I agree, 150x150 should be enough. I want to make it big enough that folks can have some detail and they can shrink it later, but that size should work. I'm still open to ideas though.
