...where I have been and why I haven't been around like I normally am. Saturday evening I was involved in an automobile accident. A drunk driver rear ended me as I sat waiting for a green light. I am OK but have some pain and stiffness, which is to be expected as the car that hit me was doing over 40 MPH. I Can't seem to sit anywhere for any length of time. I have gotten through my favorite artists tonight, but that is about all, I will play catch up in the gallery as soon as I can. On the bright side, the pills they have given me seem to be helping a little. :) I hope you all had a wonderful day today, and a better one tomorrow! Brenda :)

Glad to hear that it isn't too serious and that you are getting better. Of course you could play it up a little and get someone to give you deep body massages... Feel Better!

"I sat waiting for a green light" typical woman.. when it's green you drive.. you don't stand still. :P j/k hope you get well soon. People caught with alcohol in traffic should lose their license permanently!

Thank you all for your well wishes, unfortunately I am out of work this whole week because of this! (I drive for a living and they decided it would not be proper for me to drive while taking these pills! Weeeeeeeee!) SHE got a complimentry set of braclets after she failed the field sobriety test and a complimentry ride up the river! I am not too awful fond of drunks myself! Zhounder: Unfortunately I have no one to give me a back massage at this time! :( Brenda :)

Ouch. I'm really glad to hear you're ok. Man, this is the 2nd person I know who has had this happen to them in the last 3 months. A friend at work was on her way home. She was sitting at the light waiting for it to turn green when a 68 year old man rear-ended her. He told the police he never saw her (she has ... had ... a 2001 Honda Accord sedan - the kind with the HUGE tail lights). She was ok, a few bruises, but nothing broken. She's still sore at times though. The police estimate the guy hit her doing 50. He actually pushed her car 1/4 of a mile (which means that when he hit her, he didn't hit the brake ... he probably stepped on the gas). Her car looked like a beer can. If Honda ever wanted an advertisment for the safety of their cars, they should have taken a photo of her and then of her car. Amazing what technology can do. -=>Donald

Thank God I wasn't in something that small Donald! I was driving a Lincoln Town car! The Town Car I am told is estimated right around $4 grand in damages! I was shoved down the road a bit too! Oh yeah and Tedz, I have some of those black and white M & M's if your interested, they seem to have lost their colors! :) Brenda :)
