Okay...update =) I have created a mat pose for my new character texture. I have also morphed the characters face just the way I want it, and saved the character for myself. Now, my next question is this.... How do I get this character so that whenever anyone buys her, her face changes are automatically loaded as I saved them? In other words....how do I get her sellable ready? She is based off the V2 body....only thing I really changed is her face, muscular tone, and her breasts. Any help you all could give me would be greatly appreciated!

Some vendors include a cr2 file and sell the texture and cr2 as a 'character' product. I think this is okay with the V2 model because the cr2 is useless without the obj. I don't think DAZ allows this with 3rd generation people but I may be wrong. Some vendors simply include an MOR pose for the body and face along with the texture MAT poses. You could save a 'face' file and also save your body pose with 'include morphs' checked.

Okay..now the next question...how do I create the mor pose? Example..I downloaded Lisbeth's texuture / character for Tindir. In the pose file there is the mat pose, and the mor pose for the character. What I would like to know is how I go about making that MOR pose file.

You can't distribute a cr2-file for Victoria 2. The link is to DAZ's FAQ on distribution.Avengia posted Sun, 15 February 2004 at 9:55 AM
Marianne, that didn't exactly answer my question. I want to know HOW Lisbeth made that MOR Pose of Tindir. Obviously it can be done, or she wouldn't have distributed it. The face is the main thing that I want to distribute. It is a unique face, and is NOT Victoria at all. I changed almost every dial in the face settings. There has to be some legal way to make that distributable. (Such as Tindir's face is.) Can anyone answer this question?

One way to do it is just to save a pz2-file and answer Yes when Poser asks if it should save the morph channels also.

Then I would just save a 'face' file for the face library with your product and instruct the buyer where to find it in your readme file. As a buyer I'd much rather have a unique face file than a tweaked body. Because then I would have to make clothes fit her 'unique' body. Sorry I'm not much help with the body morphing. There's a distinction between full body morphs and morph targets that causes some problems. My advice is to post a new thread here and give it a title that is specific to your problem. The real Poser pros usually skip over threads that don't explain what needs explained. I'm not being a wiseguy, just telling you from experience of posting for help too. Start a new thread saying something like "How to save body morphs?" fin flam
