What figure do you need the clothes for? Posette, Vicky, Mayadoll, etc.?

SpiceBunny posted Tue, 17 February 2004 at 8:32 PM

vicky 3 if possible.

randym77 posted Tue, 17 February 2004 at 8:50 PM

Your best bet might be to make your own textures for the V3 catsuit.

SpiceBunny posted Tue, 17 February 2004 at 9:02 PM

O_o ... there's no alternative than that ?

PheonixRising posted Tue, 17 February 2004 at 9:19 PM

Well the top can be made from the V3 Morphing Fantasy Dress $1.99 in the Platinum CLub. Just make some materials transparent(skirt, hemline, and corset). There must be v3 pants in there somewhere too. For V2 or STephanie 1, Spywear or Sci Fi Suit would work.(both PC as well) Regards, Anton PS: Love your username.

Despair not!! The V3 Catsuit Mats should get you pretty close.

SpiceBunny posted Tue, 17 February 2004 at 9:34 PM

lol ... it would help if i have it (the catsuit - that is)... i might ask someone to get the dress ... or catsuit O_o lol ... as for transmaps and such - i need to figure them out before i kill myself for killing the computer for such a weird task. :) hey umm nakamuram :P and thanks anton for thinking my username is umm well... something :) lol.

randym77 posted Tue, 17 February 2004 at 9:53 PM

The pic is the top of the Morphing Fantasy Dress, and the bottom of the Ultra Catsuit. Just material zones used, no transmaps.

In your picture, the pants are lower cut, the top is shorter. So you'd have to do your own transmaps to get it exact.

But transmaps aren't difficult at all. If you just look at one, you'll see easily how they work.

If it's all skin-tight like that, and money's tight, don't overlook the good ol'fashioned way -- just paint it onto a skin texture map (and use the spandex MT's?).

randym77 posted Wed, 18 February 2004 at 5:28 AM

Yes, just painting it onto a skin texture map might actually be the best way to do it. That way, you could do the gloves, too.

Spicebunny, don't worry about the credit card too much, DAZ will take checks, that's how I pay for my stuff from them :-)

Why shouldn't speech be free? Very little of it is worth anything.
