I'd be very cautious of uploading my work to a site where I can't even read the language. I'd really like to be able to see what the copyright policy and usage is on gallery images.... that should be made clear somewhere on the site, and in more than one language, don't you think? Judging by appearances it looks like a site where you can upload work and people are free to take and do as they please with your work? But..... I could be wrong. And on more thorough investigation, I see there that there is stuff there that is probably big time copyright violations.... Disney for example. I know for a fact that they in no uncertain terms want there images or likenesses of their characters being distributed.

I am, therefore I create.......

Disnae? why not, laddie? (If you have an imagination for the Scottish accent you'll be ROFL'ing by now. If not, never mind, but it is funny. Honest.) (",)

To reply to Michelle A., i would like to say that the copyrights of the personal Art photos exposed in NetAlbum.gr belongs to the artists who upload them. And the other photos like Fun, Cartoon and other is just a choice of the members to upload them finding in Internet. Thank you for your interest and have fun in www.netalbum.gr Ovtsinikov Nikitas @ NetAlbum.gr Administrator

I hope I get corrected if I'm wrong, but I think the point that was trying to be made was that any website that hosts images posted by 3rd parties has a duty to ensure the images they are displaying on that persons behalf do not breach copyright. No 'real' gallery that you walk into from the street would permit such copyrighted images, so why should an internet gallery be any different?!? (",)

Good point Jordy! Disney is very finicky about anything of theirs, maybe they would like a link???
