Hi Everyone, Can someone please show me how to export a Vue 4 pro scene or sky into Max? A link or tutorial would be most appreciated.

It is very easy. Click FILE--->EXPORT SKY. Select the geometry you want, select the resolution and scale you want and click OK. For the scene click FILE--->EXPORT ENTIRE SCENE. Select your file format, resolution, check GENERATE COLOR MAP, BUMP MAPS, ALPHA MAPS, select resolution for your texture maps and click OK. Export may take a lot of time with high resolutions. Guitta

Thanks Guitta. How do you import into 3ds Max? Will it be a regular import object? Or, do I have to import something else. Sam

Here I'm sorry Mickey, because I don't have Max or any high end application. Hopefully somebody else can answer this question correctly. Bu I believe it should be a regular import. :-)Guitta

Don't have vue pro, but File ,Import should work. Don't think you should use merge, since that is a "max only" thing. The skies I have used, looks better when rendred in vue and not max. Especially the volumetric skies. But it takes 30 times longer though.
