I'm fairly new to Vue and have lots to learn. I've imported a Poser figure into a Vue scene and would like to only shine light on the figure, is that possible? Right now I'm using a spotlight and it is shining on the ground also. This is probably a dumb question, but I can't find anything in the manual on this... Thanks, Dawn

Vue d'Esprit or Vue Pro? In Pro you smply can, there is the option that a light only shines on objects you want, in d'Esprit this option does not exist. The only chance there is to position the light smartly or work on the textures for the ground (and character) so that the effect isn't too strong. I personally think lights should act as in real life. If they shine they shine. The eye is normally very sensitive to things that does not look as used to in real life. But thats my very personal pov, no need to listen to that. Walther
