Does anybody know if a morph like this exists anywhere?

I'm trying to design an outfit that's rather form fitting. The skirt needs to cling and hang correctly in all the right places. I'm thinking that using the old skirt prop isn't going to cut it for this. So I'm wondering if anyone out there's made a morph that will change the hip/thighs area of the P4 nude fem into a skirt shape...then I could just texture it as needed.
