I'm so sorry it took so long! I got wrapped up in so many things I didn't quite finish it for a long time.As a bonus, I did get permission from Studio Maya and DAZ3D to share the .cr2 files, so all you need to do is follow Part I of the AnimeV3 tutorial and the AnimeM3 tutorial then download the .cr2 files. This saves a ton of work!
Note: the heads and necks do not line up absolutely perfectly. You'll need to either play with magnets or just put hair on them. If you follow the tutorials, though, all the body morphs from V3 or M3 will work along with the head morphs from the AnimeDoll. (And I do have extra head morphs for the AnimeDoll available on my site.)
Cheers!

Wow, this is pretty cool. Don't have Anime Doll but I've been thinking about getting it. I'll definitely have to remember this when it comes time to do anime style images that don't feature an all female cast.

Cool beans, Cres! That is definitely a keeper!

Krys also has some AnimeDoll male morphs for sale - I think it's $5 - so don't let that hold you back. Cheers!

Yeah I've seen the male morphs for AD. Unfortunately that still leaves the issue of wardrobe for male anime characters. But if you can stick the head onto M3's body that solves the wardrobe problem.

I had the same problem, I'm on P4 and I think Crescent is using Pro Pack or P5 so that may be causing the discrepancies. So, I just lined them up the way they matched best ignoring the suggested dial settings but then I also made my own cr2 using one of M3's because using the one Crescent provided resulted in the clothes not fitting correctly, probably because that cr2 is for those specific settings. I just had to do extra editing to get rid of all the M3 head channels and transfer the MayaDoll morphs via Morph Manager. Now it works smoothly. If you look at the Anime Doll/V3 tutorial you'll see how to best do this in parts 2 and 3. Oh, and because I'm hopeless with JP's I don't bother adjusting them for the head, I just uncheck bends for the head and it poses fine :)

Great! Glad it worked for you :) One way of transfering the full body morphs is using cr2 editor, the one by John Stallings (I think) in free stuff or what I've been doing lately is changing the cr2 extension to .pz2 and then Manson's Morphmanager 4 reads the full body morphs too and I transfer them via morph manager. Just remember to change the extension back to .cr2 again. Other than that, there is the slow, painful process of just editing text. I find EditPad very useful in opening large Poser files too. Hope this helps! K
