Amazing. 76 Entries this month. A new record! Thanks to you ALL for taking the time out to make this one of the biggest and Best Forum Challenges around. ;o) Take the link to look at all the entries, there are a LOT of great pictures, this month will be the ultimate "tough to choose" Challenge. ----- Place your vote in this forum thread. You will place 3 votes, no more, no less, no voting for yourself. The 3 votes will be your top 3 favorites. You will be giving 3 points to your #1 fave, 2 points to your 2nd, and 1 point for your #3 fave. Try to list it something like this for easier tallying of the votes; member 1's name - 3 points member 2's name - 2 points member 3's name - 1 point Feel free to write up any others you liked, as I'm sure they would appreciate reading their name! (your own personal "Honorable Mentions", etc.) After this weekend I will count up all the votes, and announce the 3 top winners. 3 points: ICM 2 points: draculaz 1 point: Drekkin Having to choose 3 was awful, when so many of the entries were just fantastic. Drekkin's I voted for because there's something very magical about it, even though it's not as technically expert as other images in the contest.

What a splendid challenge turnout. You all did some absolutely fantastic work. Made it hard to choose just 3. 3 points - Eelie 2 points - FWTempest 1 point - Pjero I had compiled a list of what I thought the best of the best and took my 3 votes from that list. The rest of the list is my list of honorable mentions.... They are in no particular order of significance: Chohole danamo ajtooley sdnoble redqueen amethyss Jaymonjay ICM Twisted_Symmetry Sambucus draculaz Zhann rickymaveety AgentSmith and.... SilexMT-your entry would have been an excellent seascape. Everyone that entered this challenge did some wonderful work. You all raised the bar. A tough job well done by all 75 of you. 3 Pts...Eelie 2 Pts...Zhann 1 Pt....ICM The others on my short list were FWTempest, Sambucus, Creations and Pjero, but the final line up was actually chosen by my other half, cos I just couldn't make up my mind. Difficult choice.

I thought I was in with a good chance there for a while, that was until Sambucus casually strolled onto the scene and plonked that beauty into the mix. It really should be hanging in an art gallery. :) Masterful work. Thanks for the special mentions everyone. :) 3 Sambucus 2 chohole 1 FWTempest Also, it's just a personal observation but it seems that people are not considering the challenge objective when voting, that is, "The landscape is the character" and "If we can not tell that the landscape is the subject then it does not meet the rules." It just seems a tad unfair that images that look the nicest attract the most votes. Not complaining, just wanted to clarify. Excellent work by all! Can't wait for the next challenge. :)

i had to go through all 76 entires at least twice before i felt educated enough to actually vote on anyone's images. If I even attempted to create an HM list, it would take up a LOT of room. Simply magnificent work by all. Several images stood out in my mind, but unfottunately, only 3 can be voted on, so here goes... amethyss- 3 points; beautiful work eelie- 2 points for a wonderful winter scene incidental- 1 point. Way too many HM's to even consider trying a list ( as noted above)...many thanks for the HM and votes, and good luck to all.

I hope that this was a challenge to all of you who entered and perhapse you learned something too! It has also been the most difficult for me to vote for honestly there were almost too many that I would consider winners! Well some honorable mentions first in no particular order and I loved almost every entry! OOooohhh this is hard to judge, I'm almost glad I didn't get my entry rendered in time, I can save it for more work to get it how I want now, and it wouldn't have been able to compete to some of this stuff. My votes:- Sackrat 3 points Amethyss 2 points Eelie 1 point But I couldn't justify why, so to those I didn't vote for, sorry the standard has been exceptional.
