Well...HELLO! at first:) I did just read the TOS of Renderosity and now Im afraid that my gallery images may offend it. *please excuse...my english seems to get bad when I am nervous:D* Don
t get me wrong. The TOS is good. I wish other communities would have something similar to it, but it seems that there is a difference between the original and the german translation. I did first read the german translation what completely irritates me because the english original says something different in some cases. Especially here: quote "(...) No depictions of young humanoid characters/children giving the appearance of being under the age of 18 where genitals are displayed and/or in erotic, seductive, provocative poses or context. Since age is difficult to identify with 3D images, this will be at the discretion of the Renderosity team.(...)" I dont worry that it
s not so detailed in the german translation but shouldnt it include the part that the humanoid character has to look like it
s over 18? I was afraid when I did read the german translation because I thought that I am no longer allowed to contribute a gallery item what includes Victoria or any other adult character nude. ... so long... go on with it:) Maybe opposite to othera, I like the TOS. Praada

ooooh oh I have something to add!!! Well I wanted to show my gallery to my fiancee a few minutes ago, He is not a member of Renderosity, therefore I gave him the "recommended link" but he couldnt see a few gallery items. He said that they aren
t there. Could it be that guests can`t see the complete Gallery of a Renderosity Member? Praada

Hi Praada, It is okay to display gallery images that include Victoria and other adult characters as long as the rest of the image still is within the TOS. As for your fiancee, "visitors" to our site will not see images that are flagged as containing nudity. If he would like to view all images he would need to set up a free membership and select "Yes" to view images containing nudity. I hope this helps. Best wishes, LillianH

What it means, basically, is that if people think the character looks "too young" and it's also nude, R'sity can remove it. The controversy usually arises when the charcter is based on the Millenium Pre-Treen mesh, although I've seen the occasional negative comment with other figures now and then. bonni

yes, my thread wasnt meant to complain about the content of TOS. I just thought that this specific part should get corrected in the german translation, because it irritates. The actual german translation says that it is not allowed to contribute images what contain young humanoids (etc...) but "young" is a very far interpretable term. That was all:) Have a nice day! I
ve got to go to work:)) Praada

Thanks for the idea, one nude grandma with a fully clothed very young grand-daughter coming up. That should be good to start another thread on the forum!!
