Does one have or know a good Bryce Labyrinth which I could download?

If you have a paint program you can make one of your own. Here is a simple black and white height map I made in Photoshop Elements.

This is not my "second childhood". I'm not finished with the first one yet.

No, but a good labyrinth would only take a few minutes to make in a 2D program, then you would just use the 2D image to create a terrain with your labyrinth. Do you want someone to cook one up for you, or do it yourself??

Create a terrain and go into the terrain editor. Raise the resolution of the terrain as high as you want. Load the height map as a picture into both picture slots. Hit apply. Go to elevation menu and hit smoothing twice. Clip the bottom (or just lower below ground a little). Go to render screen and drop terrain to ground. Adjust the height and size of terrain to taste. Here's a textured version of the height map above. Hope this helps. I or others can help you with details if you want to try this method.

I would also like to point out electroglyph's recent gallery posting, a maze made by innovative use of a scanner and the Sunday newspaper puzzle page. Excellent way to generate a complex heightmap in this case.

Here's another clue for you mike. you can set up a terrain in the terrain editor. If you apply the maze image in the second window of the editor you can make the walls follow the terrain you built. Actually the image is from one of the little maze books in the grocery checkout, about 98 cents.

Very cool, I have a maze book somewhere, hmmmmm....

That fossiliferous texture looks interesting, where can I get it? If you have the mac program called artmatic pro, you might be able to make some great mazes. You may have to make the gaps yourself.

It's in my Bryce mats package in the RMP...:)
