Okay, up to now I've been working through things in Bryce mostly on my own. I know when I'm licked, so someone please help! I'm working in Bryce 3D on a PC. What I'm trying to do take a ball (Bryce primitive), and apply two bitmaps to it. Each is completely different. One I would like to use as a texture map, the other I want to use as a bump map. If anyone knows of a tutorial that could possibly help me out, I would really appreciate the feedback. I'm trying to create some brain coral, in case you're wondering. Or, if you have time, give me a quick outline as to how to do it. I'm sure I'm missing a little thing that is completely blowing me off. THANKS!!!!!!!

Here's how: Next to diffuse color, click the channel A dot, choose P for image map, click an empty square, and find the bitmap you want to use for the texture map. Next, click the Load on the center box (still in the image texture editor), and find the bump map file. Return to the main materials lab, and click the channel A dot next to bump map. Then choose how strong you want the bump map using the slider. That should do it. Let me know if you have more problems. =) Rosh

Thanks Rosh, that helped a lot. I'll be posting a preliminary image soon.
