I just found this freeware program that searches zip (and a dozen other archive types) files. Since most Poser files come zipped, it's sometimes a pain to remember where an item is, particularly if it was only part of a zip (such as a bracelet that's an accessory for a larger clothing package). Archive Peek allows searching through a directory full of zip files and looks inside the zip for the words specified. Considering how much Poser stuff most of us download as zip files, it's a very nice utility. My one complaint about the program is that it requires knowing the name of the file or enough of it to use wildcards (?, *) to find it. The file I was looking for had words in front of bracelet and a search of "*bracelet.cr2" resulted in getting a list of all CR2s. The search results can be saved to a text file and then Notepad can be used to find "bracelet". It took one more step than I wanted, but much less than opening zip after zip to find the elusive file. I thought others might find it useful.
