Hi antje, You will most likely need to go to the site and log off if you are logged in. You may also need to clear your cache as the url redirection was changed a few months back and caused a similar problem for a few people. If you have any bookmarks you will neeed to update them too. Failing that just go to RuntimeDNA.com and then to the store and the relevant product page. Colm.:)
