hmm..call me suspicious..but I wager that Vikkie 1 is actually lo-res Vikkie (but would be pleasantly surprised if I'm wrong). She's been offered several times before. UVMapper complete would be nice. The thing that tickled me the most on these mags is the offer of Terragen (it's free for downloading at their site..;) I'll have to read the fine print. They should show up in my neck of the woods as early as late April-early May. thanks for the heads' up.

I think that's Computer Arts Projects - the March edition of Computer Arts had Canvas 7 and the current (April) issue has TypeTool

I recognise the some of the magazine titles, but I'm in the UK, not the USA, and things might be different. For one thing, here in the UK, the May cover-date issues are appearing. It can be confusing.

They are UK magazines - I don't think the Yanks run to free CDs. at least not as often. Computer Arts is a bit mor civilised than some, April has only just appeared, but they do run a thirteen month year.

yeah, we get them, just a month and a half late..:| .I've gotten so many packages that way..;) I don't think I've seen all that many without a CD (almost grabbed one where someone had filched it to get Xfrog..good thing I looked before I left the store..;)

So they are UK editions... Oh, woe and thrice woe! More clutter... (Imagines Poser-pic of hand reaching out from mound of old 'puter magazines)
