Oh, yes I know...another work of art. "ArtRage 1.0". Basically a painting program, literally paint. Looks quite real, simple GUI, kinda reminds me of a free flowing interface like Bryce. Oh, yeah, and it's free. (1.4Mb download) AgentSmith

NOOO! It seems the era of MSPaint has come to an end...

Not sure Zhann, here is what I get from "copy shortcut". I pasted it into a browser and it started the download dialogue. http://highspeed1.movedigital.com:8080/badfs/badbal?secretcode=28ef07524097fffd9052abf7937cb84a&asid=523546&path=/web/files/movedigital/temp/523546/artrage_setup.msi

I ended up using 'save target as' and then shortening the file string until I got 'artrage_setup.msi', what a weird way to have to download an app....nothing like making it complicated or anything, I know, must have been a 'guy' that coded the page link....;]

Thought I'd practice my Chinese calligraphy...it'll take some tweaking to get the right strokes, but it's pretty cool for a start...=)

nice idea to use it for japanese calligraphy unfortunately the brush is not pressure sensitive

AgentSmith posted Wed, 24 March 2004 at 11:05 AM

Does it work with a mouse? ArtRage was designed first for TabletPC, then for a desktop machine with a graphics tablet. It will work with a mouse, but from the outset it was designed to work with pressure sensitivity, so a mouse produces a far less realistic or flexible result. ------------ Why have I lost pressure support when using my tablet? We have discovered that in some situations, ArtRage can lose pressure support while you are working. We are investigating the cause at the moment. If you find that something you do triggers a loss of pressure support, feel free to email us with the details. If this happens, Alt-Tab to another application, then Alt-Tab back and your pressure support should be restored. Maybe that's why? AS
