its doubtful they would have close up pictures for research

thanks pr, i did look. aamof, google is my homepage. >scales >scaly skin >reptile skin >reptiles - web and image. i launch from google. i start at google. if i could find the images im looking for, i wouldnt have considered wasting anyones time and am a little offended people presume as much. i can use those images you posted, thanks :) but i coulda have done without the attitude. still though, not good enough :)

  1. Re: scales, a texture research by titta on 3/28/04 11:48 If you find a good photo (eg on the net), you can vectorize it with any vector program. So you'll have scalable reptile skin texture. (Pixels are not easily scalable for print use). ******* hey good tip! thanks :) ill use that as my last resort... ultimately im loking for UBER close ups... so the natural detail elements are there.. how they break at the folds, where they are bigger thicker in comparison to where they are small and thin... im asking alot, but google aint gona have it.. id hafta happen across someones personal site, most likely, who has posted close up and what not.
