Trust me. You can't get lighting like that in Bryce. Global illumination gives images that soft, realistic look. I've done similar renderings in Max with the skydome script. I have to say Lightwave kicks @$$ with GI. Great job Darth! :)

thanks for the encouragement redvant. I only wish I could get the rendertime down though. I'm still working on the "optimal" setting. Maybe it's just time to get that dual pentium 800 system! Not with a baby on the way unfortunately. If anyone can give me some insight as to how to improve render speed, please come forward. later, Don

my apoligies i stand corrected it just seemed to me about the same but just out of courisioty how much longer would it take to do a render with a scene added extra models and stuff like that 3 hours seems an awful long time for a simple render or could you perhaps adjust the render time in that prog.?

Ninhalo5 I'm actually trying different settings to get the best time. I have also found that some textures work better w/radiosity than others. I'm not sure why. I hope to get the quickest/best quality settings soon. I am also curious as to how much of a render cost adding more figures will be. Hopefully it won't be that much. I think it will though. later, Don
