I'm a member and when I go to save stuff, I hit save, and then it goes right to the download and the internet times it out and I can't download anything from it! It's frustrating because I paid for my membership and I can't even use it! Anyone know what I can do it get it to download for me? ---Essie

This has always been a very tempermental site with shutdowns, a goofy security system, pasword mixups, and some serious server problems. Email the folks there and they will respond. Frustrating, but the stuff there is very good.

I can't even log in, you would think they would buy a book or take some classes so they can get it right. Sometimes it's best to just keep it simple. Marque
