Well let me extend the subject to the full title - "Has anything realy changed that effects you personaly?" The answer is obvious...no. What has changed? Hmmm well the forums are almost fully re-staffed with familar names that we all know, JeffH, FastTrax, ClintH, Spike, bloodsong and myself. There are a few new names in the mix but that's noting new...moderators come and go like part timers at McDonalds. What has changed? Members leaving. Well sort of. It seems everytime a member "leaves" here another "new" member signs up. The phrase "Nothing lost is nothing gained" comes to mind. What has changed? "Delete" keys all over the world need repairing now. Well this one I hate to say contridicts my "Has anything realy changed that effects you personaly?" statement. So I guess I need to retract that. For those who still remain here you may notice a few downloads you wanted to grab not here anymore. Well, due to the large "I'm leaving" movement here this does effect you personally. I'm sorry to say that this rebelion of sorts is not the best thing to come down the road...but it's happened before and we will recover as a community. A "community" ...hmm that seems to be one of my favorite words over the past year or so. I don't usually spend hours replying to hate/complaint threads. I read them or just pass them buy. Have I noticed a "change" in here? Well not realy. There's still the outragious BS matches in the Complaint Forum, the long winded questions in the Poser Forum, the Newbie question asked 25 times in a row by 25 different people...etc, etc. So is this still a viable "community" after all of the recent events? Yes. I can't speak for the other moderators here but I'm sure they will agree, we are here to help this community as we always have in the past. Do we as moderators get "heated" from some of the threads here...sure do. Do we get over it...sure do. Is there a point to this whole message I just posted? Not realy...more of a noted observation of our "community" GeorgeD "Construct not Distruct"
