I just want to know. I don't see find any reason for it.

Because male and female skeletons differ in their proportions, and so how they bend, and the grouping reflects that. Also, they needed a bit more mesh for the adam's apple.

Economics.

Perhaps M3 with V3's grouping could be closely approximated by purchasing the V3 Male.

In this picture I have took and exported Victoria 3's uv maps with groups and loaded them onto Mike 3 and saved a new geometry. Then I took a copy ofthe M3 cr2 and make the figure res file line point at the new geometry. Then i took and loaded the real m3 and the m3 with v3s groups what i made and put them into the same exact pose with just a pose file. The only places I see different are where there are the JCOM morphs. I made one figure ambience white and no texture so you can see.

here is both with the same texture.

and both apart from each other

withthe addamsapple part of it UVMapper says that they both have 72712 vertices which means they have the same amount of mesh.

It is simply to best utilize the way that male and female bend, and are shaped, etc
