I got as far as page two. The part about the caustic texture and the light on page 3 I did not quite get it. Cult 7 is that any way you can explain it to me cause Im not sure what kind of light to use (infinit, directional, where tp place it)and the caustic texture, is it applied to a 2D face vertical?

Hi.Well I think he means to make a parallel light as big as the scene you are making(actually as big as the caption of the camera viewed from top I think). Then you have to apply the caustic texture as gel(It can be downloaed from his site). Then edit your light.Apply 200 for lightness I think and 0 for softness as the scene will seem unrealistic with more softness.(I am not sure about this).Mark volume visible light and infinite light and linear fallof.Next is the editor for texture used as gel.Hope that I got it right ;)

OK. Here is what I did and it worked pretty well. Go to the following site: http://babelfish.altavista.com/translate.dyn Click the Website radio button and enter the URL for the above site. In the pull down list box just below, select German to English and click the translate button. Wahlah, it returns the page in its original format but translated into english.
