Subject: Newbie Hello

Hello everyone, I am new to the Photography forums but have been with Renderosity since the 1st owners (now we are on our 3rd?) I mostly hang out in the Cinema4D, Rhino, Bryce and occasionally the Poser forums. I have a Canon EOS Rebel Digital/SLR camera, I have an old Yashica FX-3 that I have pretty much worn out LOL! I am always on the lookout for some ideas, tips & techniques. Here is an image I took today. Original was about 3000x2000 and cropped to this size. Comments welcome. :> TMG

wow.. vibrant colors in the last one. And the second one is freaky.. the horizon tilts to the left, while the pier tilts to the right.. gotta be carefull not to get seasick :)

hi and welcome, i've seen you guys around the 3d forums (yeah, i'm a lurker...lol) you have some cool shot here, especially the second one.

Welcome Welcome!! Awesome camera you have! I think Donald has the same one??? I hope you upload these to your gallery and become a regular because your pictures and POV are out of this world! awesome work!

Welcome aboard TMG. Nice to meet'cha! Jinx - Close, I've got the 10D. Sort of the big brother of the Rebel (300D). Rebel is a great camera. Treat it right and it'll make you proud. :) -=>Donald

Thanks all! Half of the images I take are from the drivers seat through the open window! But occasionally I get out of the car and snap some too. I am having alot of fun with my rebel! TMG

This one is jutting out like a big zoooooooooooooooooooom lens...I can just imagine You on the Rocks...sigh... Did You know that I may be the up and coming 4th Owner of Renderosity....hmmmmm....if Litigation goes My way, I may just be running the whole kaboozle.....so...keep in good...don't be wrongly influenced by Dholman....Your big Jetty looks lovely too :] manly hugz
