Hi. In the past i've used quantels paintbox - but things have changed a lot since then!!! I'm looking for a piece of software that i can download that will enable to draw over frames of AVI footage. It needs to have a few tools for painting on a frame by frame basis and perhaps some manipulation tools. Does anyone know of any freeware applications that could solve my problem??????
