Subject: Problem with newsletter

I'm not sure where to post this - but since the newsletter is a sales tool for the marketplace - and we buy a ton of products - this seems like the right spot. The last two weeks we have received blank newsletters -I've e-mailed the newsletter staff several times advising them of this - asking for help - or any info on what the problem may be - with no response at all. Is anyone else receiving totally blank newsletters? It doesn't show up on Safari - or Explorer. Never had this happen before - can anyone advise? Thanks. Carol

Hi Carol - It appears to be a problem with Hotmail. I noticed that your E-Mail account itnt a Hotmail account. I thought I had the problem narrowed down to Hotmail. Are you on a MAC? I assume so with Safari, Correct? Clint

Hi Clint, Yes, we have a hotmail account - and are on Safari - as well as Explorer. However I've had this account for ages and have been receiving the newsletter without any problems - so I can't really figure out what's wrong now? Carol

Oh, I forgot - we are on Mac - but have been on Mac since the beginning. CC

I think something changed on Hotmails end several weeks ago since we didnt make any changes to the HTML in the Newsletter. However, I'm looking into it. Thanks for the information. Clint

Thanks, Clint. Appreciate any info you might give. I thought it might be because we're using System 10.3 (Panther) - however it's not that because on another computer with System 9 - it still doesn't show up. We don't understand it at all, because we are receiving all other newsletters (Daz - RDNA - 3d Commune - PP, etc.). CC
