I bought Catharina's hair textures for Zygote's Michael earlier today and had no problems. Now, when I tried to buy one of the skin textures and also Catharina's 3D letters and numbers I keep getting "CC Processing Failure failure-hard" I've checked and rechecked all my info and it's all correct.

The "CC Processing Failure Hard" is the response we receive from the bank. It means it's been declined, but only your Card company can tell you why. There should be an 800# on the back of your card that you can call to find out.
