Hi all, Bushi has been helping us out converting Animation Master models into fully set-up Poser models. Unfortunately, there is more work than he can handle alone. Is there anyone here that can handle model conversion with organic characters? More specifically, the Scritt, Sea Serpent and Water Elemental characters that you can see in the volume 2 page on our website. You must also be able to work to a strict deadline, these models are due out by October 1st. If you are interested and able, send me an e-mail with a small jpeg of a figure that you have converted; posed to show how well the joints have been set-up. Send it to jobs@the-forge.ie Thanks, Chris ***The Forge Studios Ltd.*** Makers of PoseAmation - Royalty free 3D animation and models. http://www.the-forge.ie Join the PoseAmation mailing list! http://www.onelist.com/community/PoseAmation ********************************

Above date correction- Oct 31st, not the 1st!!! Chris, I replied over in your PFO thread on the subject.

okay; one question about the preview pics of the models: are they 'posed' in hash? because if they're static models, there's a bit of a problem, as they are not in 'default' poses to work with. not impossible, but more difficult.

They were posed in A:M. They are fully boned models, not just meshes.

Yes, it is commercial. Look at his site, http://www.the-forge.ie/images/pa_page/pa_main.htm. He is a good guy who has been around for quite a while, though mostly running the animation forum over in the PFO. He is (or has been in the past) a professional animator for Disney and others. This should mean we will see volume 2 soon? (Not that I'm complaining that it is 2 years late or anything.) Kevin

Thanks for the vote of confidence. :') Yeah, volume 2 is very, very late. Not 2 years, but near enough. :')

Thanks for the offer, I appreciate it. However, several other people have responded already by e-mail. Debra Ross is already working on them and flying along! Her work is excellent and it looks as if she will be able to do all three in record time. Bushi better watch out, Debra's in the house!!! :') Chris

Thanks for the kind words everybody :). I hope I can get Chris's models to look as good in Poser as they do in Hash- these are really great looking models. If you get a chance check out the "Skritt's" picture on the Forge website. That is one very cool creature :).
