Ok so I'm fooling around with the demo and wondered if anyone had come up with some "best practices" on using Mimic. Like, should I animate the character first and then apply the lipsync or vice versa? I was trying to get a character to walk along a path and talk to the camera. But when I applied the lipsync, she started looking straight ahead instead of at the camera (which was slightly above her and to the right). Then if I go back and try to get her to look at the camera, her head gets all jerky during the scene because it's trying to follow the new key frames I've added. Any suggestions?

For me, I have found it is best to apply the Mimic frames first, then animate the figure. I usually have a few seconds of leader before the voice and animation start. That way, it is easier to edit in Adobe Premeire.
