Ive been trying to get the scene right for a few days - I still dont like the way it looks right now, but the renders take sooo long, i may end up keeping this arrangement if my head explodes later. as you can see the render is only about 50% done, and I just added some quick color additions in photoshop amd some dodging. this is suppose to be a scene from either Beowulf or grendel, when Grendel comes to Hrothgar to find Beowulf waiting, It took place during the night, but i wanted to give a fiery atmosphere.... any comments or suggestions? the werewolf (which I finally broke down and purchased after using several less flattering Grendels) is by Sixus1

Looks good to me. I'm still trying to find out what was historically accurate period clothing at Agincourt. Also what Henry V was wearing. In the Keneth Branaugh version of Henry V he was wearing the Plantagenet lions and Fleur d'lys,..... so I might go with that. I dunno,........anyway this looks absolutely fantastic.

And Jason is obviously well read too... (I don't think Beowulf is out on DVD.)

We don't have to be so literal with costumes and settings. There was a movie version of Richard III set during WWII after al. Artistic licence is a great thing. Picture's looking great. I love the almost aged oil quality to it.

Great work so far! I really like the dramatic and hellish atmosphere, quite appropriate for the story as I remember it.
