I can only view the second picture. It looks great with one exception. You may want to move the woman forward into the foreground. She looks good until her hips line up with the shore. She looks like a giant in a lake. I love the render effects and grey scale. Nice picture composition too. Great, etujedi

[[[[WOW attack of the 50' woman! but hay (clears throat) they are perky]]]] well what do you expect, i bet its freezing at 50' in the air :-P so which one is better, and also does the b&w one look like an old photograph?

I like the color version better. What filter did you use for the old photo effect? It looks to much like noise. you might try a layer with the dodge and burn tools to help as well as the dust and scracthes filter adjusted with proper scale.

Actually I realized she was a giant but that lake must have a hell of a drop-off if she is that deep that close to shore. She needs to move more out to the middle. Other than that it's pretty cool. Marque

I like the color one the B&W one dosent look old just b&w and i think that use to be the grand canyon before she decided on a bath

I like the color one as well. I agree with the others that she really should be farther from the shore line. If you want to make it look really old, try doing it in sepia tones.

I nearly always prefer color versions. To me B&W generally is a cheap attempt to be 'arty' and as such is doomed to fail by default. ... Like putting a disted guitar riff in a pop song to turn it into rock. sigh. :] Fish

One suggestion - put some more emphatic ripples in the water, eminating outward from your figure, and perturb the water where it meets your figure. Maybe make her skin a bit wet. Also as has been said, it would look a bit more realistic if she were further away from the shore line. Interesting picture, I wonder what it is she's looking at...

I think she is trying to rember where she put her giant panties LOL!
LonCray posted Thu, 15 April 2004 at 12:38 PM
To me it looks like she's between the water's edge and the shore - she definitely needs some water behind her!

hay maybe that is what she is loking for.
